When you use the contact form we process your first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.
Why we use your data
To answer your question or request, to prepare a quote, and to follow up on a rental or project. We only process personal data for these purposes and where the law allows it.
How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it. Send your request to rental@ampli.be. You may also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
Who receives your data
Our website and forms are hosted by Webflow. Where we use other service providers to process personal data, they do so on our instructions and in line with the GDPR.
